How do I create a team?
After signing in, go to the Teams section and tap "Create Team." Give your team a name, and you'll receive an invite code to share with your colleagues. They can join by entering the code in the app.
How do I swap shifts?
Open the shift you'd like to swap and tap "Request Swap." Choose a teammate and the shift you'd like to swap for. Your teammate will receive a notification and can accept or decline the request.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! Sisu Shift is built offline-first. You can view your schedule, clock in/out, and make changes even without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
How are my earnings calculated?
Earnings are calculated based on your configured hourly rate, Finnish tax rates, and overtime rules according to Finnish labor law. The app automatically accounts for evening, night, weekend, and holiday supplements.
How do I report a bug?
You can report bugs by emailing support@sisushift.net or using the in-app feedback form found in Settings. Please include steps to reproduce the issue and any relevant screenshots.
